Software/Ticketing & check-in
A ticket is a seat. Most software forgets that.
Sell a table of ten and most platforms hand you one order, one QR code and one name. Then ten people arrive at the door and nobody knows who they are.
Ticket tiers that sell
Early-bird pricing, VIP packages, tables of ten and capacity limits — each with its own price and sale window. A live “X of Y sold” bar shows guests a tier selling out, which does more for urgency than any email.
Discount codes for sponsors and committee members, and registration questions, dietary needs, accessibility, anything you like — collected per attendee at the point of purchase.

A ticket each, not ten to the buyer
Every named guest gets their own e-ticket and QR code by email. A table of ten arrives as ten people the door can tick off, instead of one person holding everybody’s pass and nine others waiting behind them.
Guests fill in their own names
Send table buyers a private link and they add who is coming, no password, no account to create. It saves as they go, so six names now and four next week is fine.
This is the job that otherwise eats a fortnight of somebody’s life: chasing ten corporate table buyers for their guest lists by email, then typing them all in by hand.
QR check-in at the door
Every paid order gets a QR code and a quick scan with any phone camera checks a guest in, no app to download, nothing to install on a borrowed iPad. You can see who has arrived and who has not, live, from the desk.
Table planning, synced to the tickets
A drag-and-drop seating designer: arrange the tables, seat guests straight from their ticket order, and let them find their own table by email on the night rather than crowding a printed plan by the door.
Because ticketing and seating are the same system, a ticket sold is a seat available, and the two can never quietly disagree.
Your guest list, in and out
Download the whole list as a spreadsheet, send it to the sponsor who is holding the names, and upload it back. It fills in seats that were paid for, and refuses to invent people who were not.
