Built around your event, not a template
Your site is fully customised: your charity’s branding, your lots, your ticket types, your pledge tiers, your table plan. Guests arrive somewhere that looks like your event — not somewhere that looks like our software with your logo in the corner.
What you do not pay: no percentage of what you raise, not now, not at any level. No per-bidder or per-guest fee. No added transaction fees — you use your own Stripe account and your own keys, so guest payments go straight to the charity. We never sit in the middle of the money, which means we cannot take anything out of it. What your guests give, your charity keeps.

Is the software really free if we book Kevin?
Yes — genuinely, not as a trial or a discount. If Kevin is your auctioneer, the platform is built around your event and costs you nothing at all, in your own branding with your lots loaded, and it stays live for a month after the night.
Is £497 per event or per year?
Per event. One event, one licence, and nothing recurring.
Do we get a generic template?
No. Every site is built around your event — your branding, your lots, your ticket types, your pledge tiers. That customisation is included in the £497.
Do you take a percentage of what we raise?
No. Never.
Whose payment account does the money go into?
Yours. You enter your own Stripe keys, and guest payments settle directly into the charity’s account. We never hold your donors’ money and add no transaction fee of our own — you pay Stripe’s standard rate and nothing else.
