One booking gets you a professional auctioneer and host on the microphone, a fundraising strategy built in-house with your team, and the entire system that runs the evening. The only money we take is his fee.

The platform comes with Kevin, and only with Kevin
On its own it would be a bidding app like any other. With Kevin in the room it is the strategy in working form: the live pledge where it raises the most, lots you keep 100% of, and one person accountable for the total. So it is not sold separately, and there is no licence to buy.
His fee is agreed up front and does not move with the total. Nothing else is ever charged.

Built around your event, not a template
Your site is fully customised: your charity’s branding, your lots, your ticket types, your pledge tiers, your table plan. Guests arrive somewhere that looks like your event, not somewhere that looks like our software with your logo in the corner.
What you do not pay: no percentage of what you raise, not now, not at any level. No donor tip asked of your guests. No per-bidder or per-guest fee. No added payment charges: you use your own Stripe account and your own keys at Stripe’s standard rate, so guest payments go straight to the charity. We never sit in the middle of the money, which means we cannot take anything out of it. What your guests give, your charity keeps.
And no lots to buy from us, ever. We do not have a catalogue, so nothing is pushed. Your lots are donated, with our help to secure them, and 100% of what they raise is yours. Why we work this way →

Is the software really free if we book Kevin?
Yes, genuinely, not as a trial or a discount. Book Kevin as your charity auctioneer and host for the event and the platform is built around it and costs you nothing at all, in your own branding with your lots loaded, and it stays live for a month after the night. Do you sell or supply auction lots?
No. We have no lots, so there is nothing to push and no margin for us to make on one. We help your team secure donated lots, and your charity keeps 100% of what they raise.
Can we use the platform without booking Kevin?
No. The platform comes with Kevin’s hire and is not sold on its own, so there is no licence fee and no software-only price. If your event only needs software, the discovery call will say so honestly.
Do we get a generic template?
No. Every site is built around your event: your branding, your lots, your ticket types, your pledge tiers. That customisation is part of the engagement, with nothing extra to pay.
Do you take a percentage of what we raise, or ask our guests for a tip?
No. Never. Neither.
Whose payment account does the money go into?
Yours. You enter your own Stripe keys, and guest payments settle directly into the charity’s account. We never hold your donors’ money and add no payment charge of our own. You pay Stripe’s standard rate and nothing else.
