Services
One evening. One plan. One person accountable.
Most charities assemble a gala from five or six suppliers: a venue, a compère, an auction company, one system for ticketing, another for bidding, and a pledge moment improvised on the night. Not one of them has seen the whole evening. Not one of them is answerable for what it raises.

There is one thing to buy
We do not sell an auction. We do not sell lots. We do not sell an hour on a microphone. We sell the evening: designed months out with your team, delivered on the night, and measured against the number you set together at the start.
That is not bravado. It is simply what becomes possible when one party designs the whole thing. When the night underperforms and six suppliers each owned a sixth of it, every one of them can honestly say it was not their part. That is the gap this exists to close.
And because the only money we take is the fee for Kevin’s hire, nothing we recommend is recommended to make us a margin. The lots are yours. The platform is free. The strategy is in-house.
Front and centre of every fundraiser
The live pledge comes first.
Whether the auction is live or silent, it is secondary. A tiered live pledge is a dragnet: everyone in the room can give, at a level they choose, in the same three minutes. It costs nothing to run, it is simple to deliver, and it is the moment that takes a night past its target.
- 1Everyone can give
Ten lots means ten winners. A pledge in tiers reaches the two hundred people who did not win anything, each at their own level.
- 2It costs nothing
No lot to source, no reserve to clear, no supplier to pay. Every pound pledged is a gift, so it carries Gift Aid as well.
- 3It is easy to run
Tiers on the big screen, a tap on the phone, the total climbing in front of the room. The platform does the counting while Kevin holds the room.
What the engagement contains
Three parts. One design.
Before: the strategy
The target, the giving mix, the running order, the pledge built around your actual impact, and the games that lift the room. Help securing donated lots, so your charity keeps 100% of what they raise. Nothing bought in.
The strategy →On the night: live fundraising
The live pledge, the auction and the games, delivered by the person who designed them. One voice from the welcome to the close.
On the night →Throughout: the platform
Bidding, ticketing, pledges, Gift Aid, card-on-file, regular giving and the gala screen. Free when Kevin hosts, with no added payment charges.
The platform →What you see on the night
The platform, running your room

Why it is not sold in parts
Because the parts are not where the money is. The money is in the order they come in, the minutes between them, and what the room is asked for in the ninety seconds after the story that moves it.
You cannot buy that in pieces from different people. It is one design or it is nothing.
